What is the best way to arrive at B&B S. Marco with our luggage from the train station?

from train station santa lucia, take vaporetto n. 1 or 2 or 5.2 or 4.2 to San Zaccaria. Get off at San Zaccaaria, then walk 10 minutes to our b&b

Is it possible to request a lower floor? I am 72 years old.

I'm sorry, our rooms are all at the third floor without elevator...

Very Good
It was perfect location,near centre,it was also available Super Market near,also Alice and Marco are amazing people helpful and approachable !I would suggest to everyone to visit their B&B S Marco,you will not regret it definetly .
Unfortunatly rooms are on the top floor without lift,3rd or 4th floor . We shared toilet which wasn't so convincible

The place is great and calm . The host was so nice and welcoming. I recommend this place!
Few bugs entered in the room because of the trashbin and I got bite by the mosquitoes :(
